Grit & Grace LLC appreciates you choosing us for your floral needs. Our goal is to provide high quality alternative floral services. Grit & Grace LLC reserves the right to cancel an order if at any time we feel the customer’s expectations cannot be met and deposits will be returned. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to customer’s cancellation. In cases of an emergency on our part, we will outsource your order to one of our trusted partners and pay the difference.
Payments are made through an online invoice that requires a credit/debit card. 50% deposits are required to secure selected dates for wedding services.
Payments are made on a pre-set schedule:
Wedding Services: 50% deposit up front & 50% final payment 1 month prior to delivery
Custom Orders: 100% up front
Please note a grace period of 48 hours will be applied to all invoices.
In the event of a delinquent invoice a $10 late fee will be applied.
Grit & Grace LLC reserves the right to make substitutions in the event that the quality of the available alternative floral products are not of the quality suitable for an order. Grit & Grace LLC will strive to maintain the integrity of the final product and customer’s requests. All substitutions will be comparable in quality and cost.
Delivery and shipping will be handled based on the terms below.
Custom Orders: Delivery/Shipping will be made when order is completed.
Delivery will be made as discussed at time of contract signing.
Shipping will be performed in a manner to allow the order to be delivered approximately two weeks before the wedding.
All Rush orders will be required to pay for overnight shipping.
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Customer will provide approval via verbal approval at delivery or via photo approval through email and/or telecommunications. All Sales are final after delivery is accepted.
Grit & Grace LLC is not liable for any loss and/or damage caused by USPS, UPS, or any other shipping company. Grit & Grace LLC ships all packages with insurance and tracking. If any damage and/or loss occurs customers are required to file a claim through the appropriate channels within the shipping company used.
